PREP PROGRAM

As a convenience to our Property Managers and Commercial Clients, RESCON offers pre-disaster planning services through PREP, our Priority Response Emergency Program.  This provides a myriad of benefits including a trusted resource familiar with your property and procedures; limited paperwork to reduce downtime and displacements; and established pricing based on industry standards so there are no surprises.  Additionally, we become the “point person” between all parties involved, including property managers, owners, tenants, HOAs, condo associations, and insurance companies.

Any management company with properties enrolled in PREP will be registered in our Loyalty Volume Discount Program. Through our Loyalty Program, you’ll receive discounts on all services provided by RESCON.
